Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! We'll be posting some more substantial photos and stories later tonight about Thanksgiving in the U.S. In the meantime I thought I would share my favorite method for preparing the Thanksgiving day bird.


Take 1 large turkey and slowly lower it into a vat of boiling oil.


 1 hour later you have a perfect, tender, juicy slice of heaven.

  2. It just depends on the person but I do think a lot of people here in New England prefer white meat versus dark meat. I'll do an impromptu survey today and post the results here.
